Celebrating Rajasthan’s Rich Art, Craft & Heritage

The 4th Edition of Nanhe Kalakaar Festival was designed as a vibrant cultural immersion, showcasing the timeless crafts, traditional art forms, folk practices, and living heritage of Rajasthan.
The goal was not just to display Rajasthan’s beauty, but to pass it forward to the younger generations, so kids grow up valuing handmade, heritage, and the artisans who keep these crafts alive.

Objective:

The 4th Edition of Nanhe Kalakaar Festival set out to create a meaningful blend of culture, community, and impact by raising funds for large-scale forest plantation, promoting art and cultural awareness among children, and supporting artisans across Rajasthan through income opportunities and visibility. The festival aimed to build a vibrant platform where traditional crafts, young creativity, and grassroots talent could come together, ensuring that heritage thrives, artisans are empowered, and children grow up connected to art, culture, and the environment.

Impact:

The 4th Edition of Nanhe Kalakaar Festival created a powerful cultural and community impact with 16,000+ visitors (excluding kids) and a 3.2 million social media reach, proving how strongly people resonate with art, culture, and purpose-driven events. The festival successfully raised funds for 4,500 tree plantations along with three years of maintenance, strengthening its commitment to environmental restoration and long-term sustainability.

On the cultural front, the festival became a vibrant ecosystem for Rajasthan’s creative community. It supported 400+ artisans, hosted 90+ stalls, and facilitated 20+ art workshops, providing artisans and creators a platform for income, recognition, and collaboration. With 9 insightful panel discussions and 100+ brand collaborations, the festival amplified conversations around arts, heritage, and cultural futures while fostering new partnerships.

A major milestone was the creation of Nanhe Manganiyaars, a new cultural IP dedicated to nurturing the next generation of folk musicians, a step toward preserving Rajasthan’s living traditions. Overall, the festival blended creativity, community, and cause, leaving behind measurable impact and a lasting cultural footprint.
