Registration for Campus Ambassador is open until 11:59 PM, 20th November 2025.
A personal group interview will be conducted in Jaipur following the first round of selection. Outstation volunteers will be interviewed online.
Interviews with shortlisted applicants will be conducted in November 2025.
All key communication will be conducted via email and a WhatsApp group. Applicants who fail to respond to emails or reminder phone calls from organizers during the selection process and training will NOT be considered; their position will be offered to another deserving candidate.
There will be a MANDATORY 1–2 day training program for all shortlisted applicants before the festival. Selected candidates are required to arrive on the prescribed date for training.
Once selected, you will be asked to sign an undertaking.
If you wish to withdraw after selection, please do so before the interview. Withdrawals after selection create difficulties for planning and will be discouraged.
The Festival will provide a certificate and a basic honorarium to acknowledge your efforts.
Candidates selected as Campus Ambassadors post-interview will receive monetary remuneration for their contributions, provided they complete their due diligence (e.g., promotion of the festival on campus and post-festival requirements). Certificates of appreciation will also be provided.
