1. Dress Code
• Everyone must wear a mix of Pachranga colors: Blue, Green, Saffron, Red & White.
2. Mandatory Rehearsal (One Day Before the Event)
• Full parade rehearsal on 23rd December.
• Attendance is mandatory for all registered participants.
• Timing & reporting location shared after registration.
• Missing rehearsal may lead to disqualification.
3. Reporting Time (Event Day)
• All participants must report by 10:15 AM.
• Late entries may not be allowed once the parade starts.
4. Parade Discipline
• Stay with your assigned group.
• No pushing, rushing, blocking parade flow.
• Follow coordinators & volunteers strictly.
5. Safety Guidelines
• Stay hydrated – water stations available.
• No dangerous props, fire, sharp objects, explosives.
• Parents must accompany children under 12.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
• Maintain a fun, positive, inclusive environment.
• No abusive language, hate slogans, political messages.
• Respect all participants & visitors.
7. Props & Performances
• Allowed: flags, dupattas, safe hand props, creative DIY items.
• NOT allowed: large vehicles, animals, hazardous materials.
8. Photography & Media
• By registering, you consent to use of photos/videos for promotional purposes.
9. Liability
• Organisers not responsible for loss, injury, or personal items.
• Participation is voluntary and implies acceptance of all safety rules.
